What is the Individual Protection Policy?

The Individual Protection Policy is an insurance product that offers comprehensive coverage against personal accidents, theft, cyber incidents, and legal issues related to immovable property. In addition, it provides assistance services to support you in case of emergencies you may encounter in daily life.
Who Can Benefit?
• Citizens of the Republic of Türkiye aged between 18 and 65,
• Foreign customers with a Tax Identification Number (VKN) or Turkish nationals residing abroad with a Turkish ID Number (TCKN),
• Foreign customers with identification numbers starting with 99 or 98.

Policy Duration and Coverage

Our policy is valid for one year and provides global protection against the following risks:

  •   Personal Accident Coverage
  • Theft and Cyber Incident Coverage
  • Legal Protection Coverage related to immovable property
  • Assistance Services, including:
           ◦ Ambulance dispatch
           ◦ Vehicle towing and recovery
           ◦ Flat tire replacement
