What is Participation Banking?
Investment Funds
Investment funds (Participation funds) are the funds the portfolio of which is continuously based on lease certificates, participation accounts, ownership interests, gold and other precious metals and other non-interest-based money and capital market instruments deemed appropriate by the Capital Market Board for investors who want to make good use of their investments with money and capital market instruments with no interest gain.
Spot Exchange
Spot foreign exchange transactions are the transactions made with FX-TL or cross exchange rates (FX-FX).
Forward Transactions
A Foreign exchange sales and purchase transaction based on assurance performed in a way to be realized on a forward fixed term based on the date, exchange types, amount and exchange rates determined and committed in advance between the Bank and the customer. In this transaction it is the bank that makes the commitment.
Lease Certificates (Sukuk)
Lease certificate: refers to assets and bonds issued by asset leasing company in order to finance any kind of assets and rights and that ensure that the owners would be beneficiaries of the incomes obtained from such assets and rights in proportion to their rights.
FC Sukuk
FC Sukuk is generally a long-term debt instrument offered by governments or companies for sale in foreign currencies in international markets.

Instant Market is a module where our customers can make instant trades for foreign exchange, cross rates (arbitrage) and precious metals (gold/silver); or enter orders for the price/rate of their preference.
