Katilim Mobil is the new mobile banking application that we designed for you to make your banking transactions from your mobile phone in the comfort of your computer.

How can I become a Ziraat Katilim Member without going to the branch?

You can instantly complete your account opening transactions by making a video call with Katilim Mobil, and become a Ziraat Katilim customer without going to the branch.

What is Katılım Anahtar?
Katılım Anahtar is used for security verification in our bank’s digital channels. It is a piece of information that is unique to you and can be changed by you.
As of 01.01.2021, due to legal regulations, personal identity information such as Mother’s Maiden Name will no longer be used for security verification.

Where is Katılım Anahtar Used?
As of 01.01.2021, if you forget your Internet Branch/Katılım Mobil password, you can use the Katılım Anahtar during the "Forgot Password" process to reset your password.
If you are a customer of our bank, you can use it to set your Internet Branch / Katılım Mobil password for the first time via the “Get Password” feature.
It is also used for security verification when contacting the Customer Communication Center.

How is Katılım Anahtar Created?
Customers who do not have a Katılım Anahtar will be asked to create one during their first login to Internet Branch / Katılım Mobil.
Both Individual and Corporate customers are required to create a Katılım Anahtar.
For your security, never share your Katılım Anahtar with anyone, including bank staff.

What Should I Do If I Forget My Katılım Anahtar?
You can set a new one by logging into our Internet Branch/Katilim Mobile app and selecting the option from the menu.

Corporate customers who have forgotten their Katılım Mobil login password can only request a new password by visiting their branch.

  • During internet usage, it is very important to use an antivirus program, an anti-spyware program (anti-spyware – anti-malware), and a firewall to protect yourself from potential attacks, as well as to detect and fix possible security vulnerabilities. Some security software includes all three features. Anti-spyware programs protect your computer from spyware trying to collect your internet usage information, while firewall software prevents programs on your mobile phone from connecting to the internet without your knowledge.
  • Keep your antivirus software's database up to date. Perform periodic virus scans on your mobile phone.
  • “Root,” “jailbreak,” and similar procedures on your mobile phone grant the highest level of access to the operating system and disable the protective mechanisms of the mobile operating system. Do not use our bank's mobile applications on such phones.
  • Keep your personal information confidential. Do not share details such as your birthdate, identity number, or mother's maiden name with anyone asking via phone or email.
  • Once you complete your transactions, always use the “Logout” button to exit Katılım Mobil.
  • Even if the person contacting you is someone you know, do not attempt to access Katılım Mobil via email or messaging apps, or by clicking on any links above.
  • Do not store or write down your customer number and password in the same place, and never send them via email.
  • Do not share your password with anyone, including bank and Customer Communication Center employees.
  • Ensure that your password is not easily guessable (such as your birth year, favorite team, etc.).
  • Do not open email attachments from unknown senders.
  • Do not click on links in emails to enter your security information.
  • Ziraat Katılım Bankası never conducts password transactions via email and does not ask for personal information. Do not respond to such emails.
  • Change your password periodically.
  • Keep your internet service access details, such as email, confidential.
  • In the event of your mobile phone being stolen or lost, it is extremely important to use a lock screen password on your phone to prevent unauthorized use. This ensures that third parties cannot access your applications without your knowledge.
  • Activate your phone’s lock or keypad lock feature. If available, enable the password feature to unlock the phone. These applications ensure your security and prevent others from using your phone.
  • For your security, only download mobile applications from trusted sources.
  • When using the Katılım Mobil app, make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned off. Keeping Bluetooth off will make your transactions safer while using the Katılım Mobil app. Do not accept files from unknown sources via Bluetooth.

  • To use Katılım Mobil, users must go through certain security steps and be recognized by the system. By entering your customer number, password, and SMS verification code, you will complete your identity verification.
  • Additionally, critical transactions above the specified amounts carried out via Katılım Mobil will be notified to you via SMS (text message). This ensures that Katılım Mobil cannot be used without your knowledge, and you can immediately intervene in any transactions.
  • If you do not perform any actions within the given time during your Katılım Mobil session, a warning window will appear asking whether you want to continue with your transactions. If you do not respond to this window within the given time or choose the "Close Session" option, your session will be closed. If you choose to continue with your transactions, your session will remain active.

  • To update your mobile phone information, you can do so through the Katılım Mobil app by accessing the settings or profile section. Alternatively, you can visit your nearest branch or contact customer service for assistance in updating your phone details.

  • The SMS Verification application is a security measure taken to increase the security of transactions made by our customers through mobile devices.
  • After setting up the SMS verification, a one-time-use password is generated for transactions made above the specified limits. This password is sent to your registered mobile phone as a message. The password is valid for 3 minutes, and it cannot be used after this period. If you have not completed the transaction within this time frame, you must start the process again and use the new SMS code. If you enter the password incorrectly three times, your password will be locked, and you will be logged out of the system. To remove the lock on your password, you need to call our Customer Communication Center at 0850 220 5000 and follow the necessary steps.
  • If your mobile phone is out of coverage or turned off, the transaction cannot be completed. The messages sent are not charged.

Katılım Anahtar is used for security authentication in our bank's digital channels.

The Katılım Anahtar is unique to you and can be changed at any time.

As of January 1, 2021, in accordance with legal regulations, personal identification details such as Mother’s Maiden Name, etc., will no longer be used for security verifications.

As of January 1, 2021, if you forget your Internet Banking / Katılım Mobil password, you can use the "Forgot My Password" feature to set a new password.

If you are a customer of our bank, you can use it to set your Internet Banking / Katılım Mobil password for the first time through the "Get Password" application.

It is also used during security verification when contacting the Customer Communication Center.

Customers without a Katılım Anahtar will be asked to create one during their first login to Internet Banking / Katılım Mobil.

For your security, do not share your Katılım Anahtar with anyone, including bank personnel.

You can reset your Katılım Anahtar by logging into Internet Banking / Katılım Mobil and selecting the option from the menu.

If you have a Bank/Credit Card product, you can also call the Customer Communication Center to reset it.

Customers who have registered their device by installing our Katılım Mobil app can enter Internet Banking and approve transaction validations easily with notification confirmation, instead of using the SMS Verification Code, through the Mobile Notification technology.

You can either visit a Ziraat Katılım Bank branch to request the closure or close it via Katılım Mobil / Internet Banking.

Transactions made through Katılım Mobil are real-time (online) transactions and cannot be canceled. For correction, you need to contact the nearest branch.

You can obtain the EFT inquiry number from the branch associated with your account, Telephone Banking, or Internet Banking to inquire about the EFT at the recipient bank.

If you have written the IBAN/account number or recipient's name incorrectly, please contact your branch and request them to send a "Haber Genel (HBR-GENEL)" message. This message will help to retract or cancel the EFT.

If there are insufficient funds in your account on the relevant date, your transaction will not be processed.
