Authentication
To use the Internet Branch, users must go through certain security steps to be recognized by the system. You complete your identity verification by logging in with your customer number, password, and SMS verification code.
SMS Notification for Transactions Over the Limit
For critical transactions that exceed the limits you have set while using our Internet Branch, notifications will be sent to you via SMS (text message). This way, Internet Branch usage without your knowledge is prevented, and you can intervene in transactions immediately.
Session Duration
If no action is taken within the allotted time during your Internet Banking session, a warning window will appear asking whether you wish to continue. If you do not respond to this window or click the logout option within the given time, your session will be terminated. If you choose to continue, your session time will resume.
SSL Security Certificate
SSL security certificates are used during Internet Branch sessions.
SSL is a security protocol developed by Netscape to ensure security and confidentiality during data transfers over networks. SSL ensures that the information sent can be decrypted only at the correct destination. Information is automatically encrypted before being sent and can only be decrypted by the correct recipient. Verification is performed on both ends to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the transaction and data.
SMS Verification
This is a security measure implemented to enhance the safety of your transactions performed via the Internet Branch.
SMS Notification
Notification messages are sent to the mobile phone number registered in our bank for transactions above certain amounts carried out through our Internet Branch.
Restricting Access to the Internet Branch
From the Internet Branch security settings, you can set limitations and restrictions based on transaction limits, transaction types, access times, and access parameters (such as IP, ISP, domestic, or international access).
