Product Features
- Financing is provided in USD or EUR.
- The maximum financing rate is 50%.
- A notarized and translated income statement is required.
- The financing amount is exchanged through the Central Bank before the title process, and a Foreign Exchange Purchase Document named (DAB) is issued and reported to the land registry.
- The financing amount is transferred to the seller's account in Turkish Lira. If the title deed transaction is not completed, a FC Housing Finance Undertaking is signed to cover any potential exchange rate differences and costs.
